1.2 Service Limitations
NWAMAKER reserves the right to decline service (whether 3D printing or computer/tech services) for any request that could potentially create liability for NWAMAKER or is deemed inappropriate under applicable laws.

2. 3D Printing Services
2.1 Ordering Process
Selecting Designs: You may choose 3D print designs from various recommended websites (e.g., Thingiverse, Printables, Makerworld, MyMiniFactory, Cults3D) or submit your own design files.
Print Request: Submit a print request through our Print Request Form with the relevant 3D model file (OBJ/STL) and any specific instructions.
2.2 Quality Assurance
File Dependence: The quality of prints depends largely on the suitability and condition of the file you provide. Small or highly detailed objects may require extra attention for optimal results.
Assessment: We prioritize upfront review of your request to ensure compatibility with our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology.
Collaboration: If issues arise that may affect print quality, we will collaborate with you to resolve them and strive for a satisfactory outcome.
2.3 Payment & Delivery
Invoice: NWAMAKER will issue an invoice detailing the total cost based on your chosen materials, print size, and any additional services.
Payment: Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway upon receipt of the invoice. Production may not begin until payment is confirmed.
Delivery: Once printing is complete, we can arrange for local pickup or provide shipping options to your specified address.
2.4 Limitation of Liability (3D Printing)
NWAMAKER is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our 3D printing services, including but not limited to issues stemming from file inaccuracies or inherent design flaws.
3. Computer/Technical Services
3.1 Scope of Computer/Technical Services
Hardware Repairs & Upgrades: Diagnostics and labor for replacing, repairing, or upgrading components (e.g., RAM, HDD/SSD, GPUs).
Operating System & Software: OS installation or reinstallation, driver updates, and general troubleshooting.
Data Backup & Transfer: Transferring data between devices or backing it up to external/cloud storage.
Performance Optimization: Removing bloatware, updating software/firmware, and tuning system settings for improved speed.
Remote/Online Assistance: Troubleshooting and support provided via screen share or similar methods.
3.2 Diagnostic & Estimates
Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply to determine the root cause of technical issues. This fee may be credited toward the final cost if you proceed with the repair.
Estimates: We provide itemized estimates before starting any service. If new issues surface during the service, we will seek your approval for additional costs.
3.3 Customer Data & Privacy
Data Backup Responsibility: While we can assist with backing up data, you remain responsible for maintaining a secure backup of all important files. We are not liable for any data loss.
Confidentiality: We handle all devices and data with strict confidentiality, accessing only what is necessary to fulfill the requested service.
3.4 Hardware & Parts
Parts Sourcing: We may recommend or provide replacement components from reputable suppliers. You may also choose to provide your own parts if preferred.
Manufacturer Warranties: Any warranty for parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. We can assist in processing a warranty claim, but we are not responsible for the manufacturer’s coverage decisions.
Approval on Additional Parts: We will contact you for approval if additional or upgraded parts become necessary.
3.5 Completion & Pickup
Service Timeline: We strive to meet quoted turnaround times but cannot guarantee an exact completion date if complications (e.g., parts availability) arise.
Notification: Once your service is complete, we will notify you via your preferred contact method.
3.6 Device Pickup, Storage Fees & Abandonment
Payment on Completion: Full payment is due once the repair or service has been finalized.
7-Day Grace Period: After we notify you that the service is complete, you have 7 days to pick up your device without incurring storage fees.
Storage Fee: Beginning on the 8th day, a storage fee of $5 per day applies. This fee will not exceed the total cost of the service invoice.
Abandonment: If the device remains unclaimed for 30 days from the date of completion notification, it will be considered abandoned. We may then dispose of, recycle, or otherwise handle the device in accordance with our Abandoned Items policy.
Holding of Devices: We reserve the right to retain the device until the invoice is paid in full. Devices are not released until payment has been received.
3.7 Liability & Warranty
Labor Warranty: We warranty our labor for 30 days from the date of service completion. If the same issue reoccurs due to our workmanship within that period, we will fix it at no additional labor cost.
Hardware/Software Failures: We are not liable for pre-existing or latent hardware/software issues that manifest after the service is completed.
Remote/Online Support: Remote support is limited to software-related troubleshooting. A stable internet connection is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for session interruptions or connectivity problems beyond our control.
Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., data loss, loss of business, or lost profits) associated with our services.
