Acknowledgment of Terms
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging any of our services (including 3D printing or computer/technical services), you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.

1. General Use of Services

1.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations. Any unlawful or prohibited use of our services or content is strictly forbidden.

1.2 Service Limitations
NWAMAKER LLC reserves the right to decline service (whether 3D printing or computer/tech services) for any request that could potentially create liability for NWAMAKER LLC or is deemed inappropriate under applicable laws.

1.3 Changes to Terms
NWAMAKER LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes. The most current version of these Terms can be found on our website.

2. 3D Printing Services

2.1 Ordering Process

• Selecting Designs: Choose from recommended repositories (Thingiverse, Printables, Makerworld, MyMiniFactory, Cults3D) or submit your own design files.
  
  

• Print Request: Submit your 3D model file (OBJ/STL) and instructions via our Print Request Form.
  
  

2.2 Quality Assurance

• File Dependence: Print quality depends on the suitability and condition of the file you provide.
  
  

• Assessment: We review every request upfront to ensure FDM compatibility.
  
  

• Collaboration: If issues arise, we’ll work with you to resolve them for a satisfactory outcome.
  
  

2.3 Payment & Delivery

• Invoice: We’ll issue an invoice detailing material, size, and service costs.
  
  

• Payment: Payment is required via our secure gateway before production begins.
  
  

• Delivery: Arrange local pickup or shipping to your specified address once printing is complete.
  
  

2.4 Limitation of Liability (3D Printing)
NWAMAKER LLC is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our 3D printing services, including issues stemming from file inaccuracies or inherent design flaws.

3. Computer/Technical Services

3.1 Scope

• Hardware Repairs & Upgrades: Diagnostics and labor (RAM, HDD/SSD, GPUs, etc.).
  
  

• OS & Software: Installation, driver updates, general troubleshooting.
  
  

• Data Backup & Transfer: Backup or transfer to external/cloud storage.
  
  

• Performance Optimization: Bloatware removal, firmware updates, system tuning.
  
  

• Remote Assistance: Support via screen share or similar methods.
  
  

3.2 Diagnostic & Estimates

• Diagnostic Fee: May apply; non‑refundable but creditable toward repair.
  
  

• Estimates: Itemized before service; we’ll seek approval if additional costs arise.
  
  

3.3 Customer Data & Privacy

• Backup Responsibility: You’re responsible for your own data backups; we aren’t liable for data loss.
  
  

• Confidentiality: We access only the data necessary to fulfill the service.
  
  

3.4 Hardware & Parts

• Parts Sourcing: We recommend or supply reputable replacement components. You may also provide your own parts.
  
  

• Manufacturer Warranties: Subject to manufacturer terms; we assist but aren’t responsible for coverage decisions.
  
  

• Approval: We’ll contact you before ordering any additional or upgraded parts.
  
  

3.5 Completion & Pickup

• Timeline: We strive for quoted turnaround but can’t guarantee exact dates if complications arise.
  
  

• Notification: We’ll let you know via your preferred contact method when service is complete.
  
  

3.6 Storage & Abandonment

• Payment on Completion: Full payment is due upon service completion.
  
  

• 7‑Day Grace Period: No storage fees if picked up within 7 days of notification.
  
  

• Storage Fee: $5/day starting day 8, capped at the service invoice total.
  
  

• Abandonment: Devices unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of per our Abandoned Items policy.
  
  

• Holding Devices: We reserve the right to retain devices until full payment is received.
  
  

3.7 Liability & Warranty

• Labor Warranty: 30‑day warranty on workmanship.
  
  

• Hardware/Software Failures: We aren’t liable for pre‑existing or latent issues manifesting post‑service.
  
  

• Remote Support: Limited to software troubleshooting; you’re responsible for your internet connection.
  
  

• Indirect Damages: We’re not responsible for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption).
  
  

4. Return Policy (3D Printed Products)

4.1 Sizing
All items are rounded to the nearest 1/4″; minor variations may occur.

4.2 All Sales Final
No returns or refunds except for shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

4.3 Damage or Defects
Report within 3 days of delivery with photos. Verified defects may qualify for replacement or store credit.

4.4 Custom Orders
Non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Review details carefully before purchase.

4.5 Restocking Fee
20% fee for any returns accepted outside stated conditions.

4.6 Shipping Costs
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

4.7 Return Authorization
All returns require NWAMAKER LLC authorization. Unauthorized returns won’t be processed.

4.8 Refund Method
Store credit only.

5. Cancellation Policy (3D Printed Products)

• Invoice & Production: No refunds or cancellations once paid and production has begun.
  
  

• Order Changes: Contact us immediately if changes are needed before production starts; we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  
  

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NWAMAKER LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. All services and products are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.”

Exception: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any statutory warranty you cannot waive under your jurisdiction’s consumer‑protection laws (e.g., personal‑injury claims).

6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWAMAKER LLC’s total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or the provision of our products/services, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to NWAMAKER LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Exception: Under no circumstances shall this limitation apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

6.3 Indirect Damages Waiver
In no event shall NWAMAKER LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity—arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our products/services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Final Provisions

• Severability: If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

8. Functional‑Parts Disclaimer

By ordering any 3D‑printed functional part from NWAMAKER LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this disclaimer.
  
  

• You alone are responsible for ensuring compatibility, proper installation, and safe operation of the part.
  
  

• All functional parts must be installed and tested by a qualified mechanic or technician.
  
  

8.2 No Warranty
All 3D‑printed car parts (including but not limited to adapters, mounts, brackets, spacers, and throttle‑body components) are provided “as‑is” without any express or implied warranties except those statutory warranties you cannot waive.

8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWAMAKER LLC’s liability for any defect or failure of a printed part shall be limited to replacement of the part or a refund of the purchase price, at our sole option.

Exception: This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NWAMAKER LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any third‑party claims, damages, or losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use, misuse, or modification of any 3D‑printed part.

8.5 Compliance & Standards
You are responsible for ensuring that any printed component meets all applicable safety standards, regulations, and manufacturer specifications for your vehicle and jurisdiction.
